Miru, Japanese for view, is located on the 11th floor of the St. Regis Chicago. The restaurant is the latest venture of world renowned Chef Jean Joho, who formerly brought you Everest. Miru showcases a unique take on Japanese cuisine and boasts two terraces and a dining room that overlook the Chicago River and Navy Pier. The menu includes a collection of shareable dishes including tempura and crispy rice, a robust seafood and beef selection, and expertly crafted sushi. An extensive hand-selected sake selection is also available.
