COL Board Member Mary Strahota and Event Committee Member Suzanne Streitz have generously volunteered to organize and lead a daytime bike trip for up to 10 riders through the scenic Southwest Michigan area! Both are experienced cyclists who will guide you along many of the region's beautiful, paved back roads.  

 

The ride will start and end at one of COL’s area preserves, followed by a tasty picnic lunch provided by Ray & Al’s of Galien. Both the route and distance will be selected based on your group’s biking skills and interests, which will be gathered from a brief survey.

What do you need to participate?   Only a bike (2-wheels only) and a helmet (required!).   

This is a rare opportunity to ride our roads with two knowledgeable local cyclists who will show you some of our lesser-traveled roads.

The ride will be scheduled on a mutually agreed-upon date.

Must be scheduled by September 30, 2026.
